About the guide

Hi, I’m SeoulAslan

I’m from Korea. I lived in Vietnam for six years and in Thailand for a year, so I know what it feels like to arrive somewhere and find that the useful information is in a language you can’t read.

I hike about twice a month. When a guide comes from my own walk, I say so. When it doesn’t, it’s based on official Korean sources.

Busan Attraction Tickets: Gate vs Klook Prices (2026)

Most Busan attractions cost less on Klook than at the gate if you hold a foreign passport: Busan X the Sky is 18,400 won instead of 29,000, Lotte World Busan 33,200 instead of 49,000. So if you have the K-Tour Pass and its one free entry, use it on the place that would cost you the most online, and book the rest ahead. Prices below are what each place and Klook listed on Oct 3, 2026.

I've been to Busan four or five times, once before I got married and again with my kids. After a few trips I started using it as a base for Ulsan, Namhae and Geoje. I keep going back for the food, Jagalchi Market, Dongbaek Island, even the subway. I'm not sure I'd want to live there, but as a place to visit, I love it.

Klook prices change with promotions, and the cheapest option isn't always the full adult ticket, so open the option list before you pay. The ones I'd book ahead are linked in the box above. The Lotte World and Gyeongju World deals are for foreign passport holders only, which is also who the K-Tour Pass is for.

Which attraction should you take free with the K-Tour Pass?

The free entry is worth whatever you'd otherwise pay, and for most visitors that's the Klook price, not the gate price. Ranked that way, Lotte World Busan saves the most (33,200 won), then the Diamond Bay yacht (30,000 won by day, not discounted on Klook) and Gyeongju World (29,900 won).

  • Going to Lotte World Busan anyway? Take it free. Nothing else on the list comes close.
  • Not a theme park person? Use it on the Diamond Bay yacht, since that's the one you can't get cheaper elsewhere.
  • Travelling as two? Each pass gives one free entry, so two passes cover two different places.

One catch, the same one I flagged in the K-Tour Pass guide: VISITKOREA doesn't say which ticket type each place gives pass holders, like a day or night cruise, or how many luge rides. Ask at the counter before you plan your day around it.

Gijang: Lotte World, the luge and the temple by the sea

The east coast past Haeundae is where the big-ticket places are, and you can do them in one day. Lotte World Adventure Busan and Skyline Luge Busan sit in the Osiria resort area, and Haedong Yonggungsa Temple (해동용궁사) is a short bus ride away. The temple is free.

  • Lotte World Adventure Busan: about a 15 minute walk from Osiria Station (오시리아역) on the Donghae Line, over a footbridge. Opens at 10 a.m.; closing time changes with the season, so check the day you go.
  • Skyline Luge Busan: you ride a cart down a track and take a chairlift back up, sold in bundles of rides. Riding alone needs a height of 110 cm and age 6 or older; smaller kids can ride with an adult. Rides stop for thunder and heavy rain.
  • Haedong Yonggungsa: bus 1001 or 181 from Haeundae Station (해운대역) exit 7, then a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the temple.

When I went in September 2023, we also stopped at Orangdae (오랑대), a rocky point in Gijang with a small shrine sitting out on the rocks. It's free too.

Haeundae: X the Sky, Clubd Oasis and SEA LIFE

Two of these are in the same building. Busan X the Sky is on floors 98 to 100 of the LCT tower at Haeundae Beach, and Clubd Oasis is on floors 3 to 6 of the same complex. SEA LIFE is a walk away along the beach road.

  • Busan X the Sky: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., last entry 8:30 p.m. A ticket also gets you into the café and restaurant up top.
  • Clubd Oasis: the spa ticket is 33,000 won for six hours. On Oct 3 the official site listed the water park 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the spa to 9:30 p.m., with the outdoor pools closed for the season. Bring a swim cap or hat for the water park.
  • SEA LIFE Busan: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and to 8 p.m. on weekends and holidays, last entry an hour before. It's on the beach road at Haeundae Beach.

Nampo and Songdo: Busan Tower, the movie museum and the cable car

This is old Busan, near Jagalchi Market and Busan Station, so it pairs well with a market lunch.

  • Busan Tower: in Yongdusan Park, 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Nampo Station (남포역) exit 7. Open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., last entry 9:30 p.m.
  • Busan Museum of Movies: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed Mondays. Klook sells the 14,000 won combined ticket; if you only want the museum, the 10,000 won ticket at the door is cheaper.
  • Songdo Marine Cable Car (Busan Air Cruise): 19,000 won return for the standard cabin, 24,000 won for the glass-floor Crystal Cruise. Open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in spring and autumn. Klook's price is the same as the gate, but online tickets start from the next day.

Seomyeon, the yacht and Gyeongju World

  • Running Man Busan: a game course based on the Korean TV show, in a tower near Seomyeon Station (서면역). Some games are hard for kids under about 110 cm.
  • Diamond Bay yacht: about 50 minutes. Day cruises go toward Oryukdo or Haeundae (you can't pick which), night cruises toward Haeundae. Adults are 30,000 won by day and 40,000 at night. Booking ahead is required and bad weather cancels sailings. Book on the official site.
  • Gyeongju World: it's in Gyeongju, not Busan, about half an hour from Busan Station by KTX to Singyeongju (신경주) and then a bus or taxi. Treat it as its own day.

FAQ

Is Klook cheaper than buying at the gate in Busan?

Usually, for foreign visitors. On Oct 3, 2026, Busan X the Sky was 18,400 won on Klook against 29,000 at the gate, and SEA LIFE 19,900 against 30,000. The exceptions were the Songdo cable car, the same price either way, and the movie museum, where the door ticket is cheaper if you skip the cinema part.

Can I use the K-Tour Pass free entry twice?

No. One place, once, per pass. Two people need two passes.

Do I need my passport at the Busan attractions?

For the foreigner-only deals, yes. Klook says Lotte World Busan checks passports on the spot.

What is the best free pick for kids?

By savings, Lotte World Busan. For younger kids, check height rules first: riding the luge alone takes 110 cm and age 6.

Busan is the city I keep going back to, and a cheaper ticket is one more reason. What I'll be watching is whether the free list or the Klook prices change before the pass runs out on Dec 31.
